How do I log in?
You can log in to access free and paid content on the Toshiba portal and a range of content provider sites in the Toshiba family using the email address you provided during Registration.
What is my Toshiba ID?
The email address you provided during Registration is your Toshiba ID. You can update your Toshiba ID and other personalization information using the My Profile page.
I see Facebook, Google, and Twitter options on the Login page. How do I use them to log in?
The social network login options provide an easier way for you to access content on the Toshiba portal and participating content provider sites in the Toshiba family.
On the Login page, click your preferred social network and log in with your account. If this is the first time you are logging in with that account, you may next be prompted to log in with your Toshiba ID. You can now use your preferred social network account to log in to Toshiba.
I forgot my password.
Click the Forgot Password link in the Login page and enter your Toshiba ID in the form. Your Toshiba ID is the email address that you provided during Registration. You will receive an email shortly thereafter with a link that will allow you to reset your password.
I registered my email address and set a password, but I am unable to log in.
When you submitted the Registration form, an email with a verification link was sent to confirm that you own the email address that was provided. Once you open this verification link, you will be able to log in.
I did not receive a verification email or password reset email.
If you do not see the emails in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
