Janice Bellucci , president of California Reform Sex Offender Laws, filed her lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Riverside on Tuesday alleging the county's ordinance is unconstitutional, vague and overly broad.

Ngo is believed to be responsible for luring or attempting to lure at least two under aged male victims by posting personal ads on Craig's List.

A special fitness class will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Montanoso Recreation Center to raise money for the family of Matthew Melo. Matthew was one of five teens killed in a fiery car crash on the I-5 freeway in Irvine.

The Boys Girls Club of Capistrano Valley announced today it is helping raise money for the families of two teenagers killed in a car crash in Irvine. Moreno belonged to the club for six years and was a freshman at Capistrano Valley High School and was a standout soccer player.
